Kamlakar Dwivedi is a B.Tech (Electrical Engineering) from the prestigious IIT-Kanpur with over 45 years of experience in Industry and Education. After about 25+ years in running his own industry, he switched to the field of Education as a Coach, Mentor and Career Counselor and continues to counsel students and professionals. Special Mentoring for IITJEE/NEET is also provided.

I have been associated with many leading Career Counseling organizations, viz. iDream Careers, Institute for Career Studies, Administrative Staff College of India, to name a few, as an independent Resource person providing Career Guidance/Mentoring and also conducting Seminars/Workshops on "Career by Choice NOT Chance--in the New Millenium". During the last 19+ years, I have conducted over 200 seminars at over 120 schools in India and abroad ( Bangla Desh ) and counselled over 12,000 students on a one-to-one basis and many more under group counselling sessions. Counselling of Parents has always been a part of my sessions because I believe that it is very important to have the students and the parents on the same page while deciding upon the Ideal Career Pathway for the student.

I have partnered with Hindustan Times under their HT-PACE initiative for over 3 years and conducted numerous workshops with them. Similarly, I was also associated with TOI ( their Newspaper in Education initiative ) and Dainik Jagaran for some of their webinars on Career Counseling.
