Palak Vadhadiya

At the core of GenZ Career Counseling is its founder, Palak Vadhadiya, a seasoned educator with over 15 years of experience in academic and career counseling. With a background as an Assistant Professor in Electronics and Communication at institutions across Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad, Palak has firsthand experience with the challenges students face when making career decisions.

Her journey began when she observed that many students were influenced by peer pressure and incomplete information rather than their own strengths and interests. Recognizing the need for a new approach to career guidance, Palak founded GenZ Career Counseling to help students make informed, confident choices that align with their unique talents and aspirations.

Palak holds a Master’s in Networking and Communication and a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Her diverse experience also includes working as a Network Engineer, which gives her a comprehensive perspective on both academia and the professional world.

Through GenZ Career Counseling, Palak empowers students to choose academic and career paths that resonate with their passions, whether that means excelling in a team, working independently, or becoming an entrepreneur. Her mission is to bridge the gap between students’ potential and their career opportunities, helping them build fulfilling futures.
